This canvas frame is easy to use and makes stretching canvases so simple. All you have to do is put it together! And you can hang your masterpiece on the wall as soon as it's done.

Step 1: Assemble the wood pieces of the frame.

Step 2: Lay your canvas down on a hard surface with the frame on top.

Step 3: Stretch and secure the canvas to the frame using the included thumbtacks.

Poor quality paint, 2 numbers had identical paint color

The canvas arrived with black ink smears on it. Paint was translucent. Needed more than one coat to cover numbers.

After completing #17, began working on #18 only to discover it was the exact same color shade and hue as #17. Palm trees now look like green blobs, no difference between foreground and shade. Completely destroyed the entire painting.

Attempts to resolve the issue and obtain a full refund for canvas and DIY "frame" (used to professionally stretch and mount canvas prior to painting), were categorically denied unless I payed additional money to return the defective paint by number.

Quite disappointed absence of customer service. Will not be ordering again. I do not recommend this company.

If you have LDS themed artwork, upload it to a customized Paint by number website with good reviews describing quality paint and customer service. They can generate a quality paint by number without black ink smears that cannot be covered by poor quality paint, and provide unique colors in each numbered container.

No instructions

The frame does what it's supposed to, but if this is your first time doing Paint by numbers with framing it is confusing. There are no instructions included, and unlike the painting part none are sent by email. Connecting the pieces makes sense, but it doesn't explain which side should be nailed or have any guides to make sure you nail it on evenly from the back.

Frame was easy to put together, but very basic and not quite the right size.
