Salt Lake City Temple | Diamond Painting

I've done diamond art before but the canvases were so small and not that great. I purchased from your company and was pleased that it is a larger canvas so I can truly have enough colors to actually see the form of the picture. It is so fun and relaxing for me. My 15 year old did about a 1/4 of it during conference with me and now I'm finishing up and just a have a few hours left. Highly recommend it. We will hang it in her bedroom in a frame when completed

I bought 3 diamond paintings from your company and I’m very disappointed in the quality and product. I have done many diamond paintings and either your drills are too small or your chart squares are too big but there is a gap between the drills when you stick them down in the spaces provided. I doesn’t not make the pairing uniform or clean looking at all. I usually have a very snug tight fit between drills. I will not be doing these paintings and would like a refund.

My picture did not come with the guide to match the beads with the picture. Customer service was awful and told me I should be able to just figure it out. Thankfully my family ordered one also later and theirs came with the guide so I could finally see a guide.

I bought this hoping to keep my daughter more engaged while we listen to general conference. It looks beautiful, and as far as I can tell, all the parts and pieces are there, but there isn’t any sort of key included. After going back and forth through email with Nicole in customer service, I feel like the final response was something to the effect of “You’re smart, you should be able to figure it out.” Not too happy with. How did others complete this?
